Technical Theatre.

During today's lesson we learnt how to use side lights, we had to line them up with the other groups lights and during the process we were familiarising ourselves with G clamps and how to tighten and attach them, after this we went upstairs and listened to Relight My Fire then we decided how we would place and use our lights during this song if it were to play from the speakers and when and why we use certain colours and timings for the lights to come on.

G Clamp:

G Clamps are used to attach the lights to the rig by tightening the knob on the left of the image.
If the G Clamp fails then there is also a safety chain which hooks onto itself so if it falls it wont go anywhere, this is to ensure safety.
